One Day / Night Exhibition

Week Long Exhibitions
All artists exhibiting more than one night must be open to sharing space with Omineca Arts Centre events.

Amenities / Optional Rates
All events have the following amenities available for an extra fee:
Options Available:
$25 Projector, rental screen included
$50 PA system, without stage box/mixer
$150 PA system, with stage box/mixer and novice operator
$200 Intermediate Professional Sound Technician* with PA system use fee included (*if available)
$350 Advanced Professional Sound Technician* with PA system use fee included (*if available)
Bar Service Available*
Event Liquor License, Bar Setup, Service & Management handled by Omineca volunteers
*All proceeds to Omineca Arts Centre for operating costs.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure the date for an event, which will be deducted from the final payment after the event. In case of cancellation, please provide a two-week notice before the scheduled date for a full refund.
The deposit may be applied as a cleaning fee if needed, covering additional expenses to prepare the space for future rentals.
For non-profit and community groups, the deposit amount is negotiable.
Space Details
The Omineca Arts Centre Studio offers a spacious and versatile 1600+ sq. ft. blank canvas for creative expression. With its open, storefront design, high ceilings, and ample white walls, our venue offers a versatile setting suitable for a variety of uses.

Accessibility
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone. Our space currently features gender-neutral bathrooms, a handful of armchairs for larger/more comfortable seating, and a wheelchair ramp upon request to facilitate access.
Thanks to a grant from the BC Arts Association, we have been able to upgrade our space to include a central AC unit, and better general audience seating for the comfort of those who cannot stand for long periods of time. Under this grant, we are currently still in the process of remodelling our space to install a wheelchair-accessible washroom and a permanent wheelchair ramp at the entrance. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to make our space a better and more inclusive place for all of our guests.
