Omineca Arts Centre is a non-profit and artist-run organization, with our dedicated volunteers playing a vital role in our success and community engagement.
Our passionate board is comprised entirely of volunteers who wholeheartedly believe in our mission and generously invest their time to sustain our space. Without their contributions, the Omineca Arts Centre wouldn't be possible.

Dean has played a pivotal role as head of the Facilities Committee at the Omineca Arts Centre. His contributions include the creation of the Centre's stage, regular cleanings, on-the-fly repairs, and the constant improvements to the space.
Currently, Dean is heading the accessibility upgrade within the space with a grant received from Arts BC to upgrade the seating for better comfort, organize the installation of a central AC system, working with the City of Prince George to install a permanent wheelchair ramp, and taking the large task of overhauling our bathrooms to make them fully wheelchair accessible.
Above all, Dean's unwavering reliability and dedication to the Omineca Arts Centre has made him an invaluable teammate in achieving our goals.
