Welcome to the Omineca Arts Centre in Prince George, BC, where we believe creativity thrives in a safe and inclusive environment.
Our vision is to provide a space for creativity to flourish, embodying our mission of creating opportunities for innovative, multidisciplinary, collaborative, and marginalized art forms in North Central BC.
At Omineca Arts Centre, we have proudly hosted a diverse range of events, including concerts, artist workshops, and theatrical performances.
We are committed to providing free programs in-between our paid events and supporting professional and emerging artists, ensuring that the arts remain accessible to all. Join us in celebrating local talent, fostering creativity, and strengthening community bonds.
We are now accepting submissions for our annual Indigenous Arts exhibition, RENEWAL, taking place June 2025 in honor of National Indigenous People’s Day.
Indigenous artists are invited to submit their work for consideration by April 30, 2025. Submissions can include sculptures, paintings, photographs, songs, stories, poems, performances, short films, crafts, and more.
