Get your PUNK ROCK ON with touring bands
Jason Camp & the Posers
the Minstrel Cramps
ft. SALTWATER HANK
Surfing a war canoe to the mainland on a crimson tide, Jason Camp & the Posers and the Minstrel Cramps are bringing their rock from “the rock.” Gather your cousins and call your Aunt Flo. It’s sure to be a boot stompin’, pit moshin’, head bangin’ good time. Period.
Jason Camp and The Posers are a Haida Punk Rock trio consisting of three madmen, SG̱aan Kwahagang (James McGuire), Jaahljuu (Graham Richard) and their manager Jonny Begel. The trio is likely to get you jumping with their high energy live show, mixing traditional Haida songs, political messages, and stories of life in their traditional lands with ear splitting punk riffs. They’ve been blasting their brand of post-colonial rage for many years now and are excited to release their first full length album First Contact.
The Minstrel Cramps is a rough and tumble, mostly girl rock band with a jelly roll attitude but is chaotic enough to make you forget your to-do lists. The eclectic, oft-costumed 6-piece ensemble will make you consider painting menstrual blood on your face and modestly head banging to the freakish yet catchy melodies they throw around like codfish at a Korean market.
