Bio

Allanah Kenoras-Schwandt is a Secwepemc artist is originally from Grand Forks, BC, but has been a Prince George resident for over 10 years and is happy to call the culture filled community her home. Since moving here, she has had the opportunity to expand her artistic talents to learn Formline, and has made her own style by combining it with pop-culture graphics to create what she calls "Indig-a-fied Fandoms". While she does do traditional Formline designs, she works with many mediums of art and decided to make this her full-time job under the name AKS Artistic Designs in 2022.

Since then, she has participated in Prince George and Grande Prairie’s Fancon’s, Edmonton Expo, National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebrations, her first Solo Exhibition at the Omineca Arts Centre, as well as a Group Exhibition, with much more planned for her future.
